Funding for grad students and post-docs

A new grant program<https://www.instrumentl.com/grants/seal-grants> has been announced for grad students and post-docs working on advancing environmental policy and the public’s understanding of environmental issues. Deadline is June 1 - grants will be up to $5,000.
