Nutrition study

The UF Food Science and Human Nutrition Department is conducting a 12-week study to determine if a cranberry beverage protects the intestinal barrier in generally healthy adults.

Compensation provided.

As a part of the study, you will be asked to…
Drink a cranberry and a cranberry flavored beverage for two weeks each
Answer questions about your health and digestive function
Provide urine, blood, saliva and stool samples

To participate in the study, you must....
Be 21 to 50 years old
Be generally healthy
Have a BMI ≥30 (see below)
