We are currently recruiting for two academic year (9 month) fixed term Academic Specialist positions available at the School of Packaging at Michigan State University. Eligible candidates must have an MS or PhD in Packaging or a related field.
The people in these positions will teach a variety of classes that leverage broad-ranging expertise in consumer goods packaging. These instructors will be expected to engage, inspire and support learners that range from introductory students to packaging professionals to ensure that learning outcomes are met with learners of varied styles. Ideal candidates will foster a sense of belonging in students (to both the school of packaging and the discipline of packaging). We have particular interest in recruiting people with practical, industry experience to leverage their expertise to the benefit of our curriculum and its learners.
