Apply now: Women Lead: UF Institute for Early Career Scholars
Women Lead is a year-long leadership development program for graduate students and postdocs aspiring to leadership roles in any career sector. Early career women scholars will develop self and career sector awareness while building their networks through a series of interactive workshops, small team discussions moderated by accomplished women leaders, one-on-one mentoring, and career path research.
The program will run August 2021 through July 2022. All meetings will occur via Zoom.
Women Lead is open to doctoral/terminal masters graduate students and postdocs from any UF department. Participants will be selected on a competitive basis.

DELTA Symposium
Improving the diversity of our workforce is critical to Corteva’s success. To cultivate a rich pipeline of diverse candidates for Corteva roles, we are pleased to announce the launch of the R&D Developing Emerging Leaders and Talent inAgriculture (DELTA) symposium, research grant and scholarship programs. These programs invite under-represented minority undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs to share their interest and research as well as gain insights to careers in agricultural disciplines, sustainable and reliable food production, and Corteva. Participants in the symposium will receive a technical overview of the company and a chance to share their own research, network, and develop soft skills that are essential to any industry career. Research grants and scholarship funding for students are also available to selected students.
