The University of Florida’s Office of Postdoctoral Affairs and Office of Graduate Professional Development invite you to apply for the Women Lead: UF Institute for Early Career Scholars program.
Women Lead is a year-long leadership development program for graduate students and postdocs aspiring to leadership roles in any career sector. Early career women scholars will develop self and career sector awareness while building their networks through a series of interactive workshops, small team discussions moderated by accomplished women leaders, one-on-one mentoring, and career path research.
The program will run August 2021 through July 2022. All meetings will occur via Zoom.
Women Lead is open to doctoral/terminal masters graduate students and postdocs from any UF department. Participants will be selected on a competitive basis.
