The person appointed to this position must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental or a related engineering field, or be a licensed professional engineer in good standing.
- Hold a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in an appropriate area of engineering, hydrology, or a closely related field.
- Have demonstrated interests in teaching and mentoring.
