The MPOWER Women in STEM Scholarship Program
is open to any international or DACA student (at the undergraduate or
graduate level) accepted or enrolled in a full-time program in any field
of STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, or Math) at any of the 350+ universities we support in the USA and Canada
(including yours!). Awards are up to $5,000, there is no requirement to
be an MPOWER borrower, and only a short essay is required!
If you’re wondering why our focus is on international and DACA students, that’s because we are a social benefit corporation dedicated to removing financial barriers for international and DACA students. There are already many scholarships for domestic female students in STEM, but very few for international and DACA students.
