Completed packets include:

the application form,
□
a curriculum vitae/resume, and
□
two letters of recommendation addressing
scholastic abilities, leadership skills, research focus and professional
potential (including one letter from the student’s major advisor).
Packets are due April 15, 2015 and
must be complete upon submission. Award notification will be made in
late summer.
